Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE for orders over £50 (excluding VAT) when dispatched by our usual methods in a single shipment. For orders of £50 or less (excluding VAT), a delivery charge of £4.95 plus VAT will apply.

We can arrange delivery by means other than our usual methods if needed, but any additional costs will be your responsibility.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can happen due to factors such as availability of Goods. We’re not liable for delays that are beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery dates are approximate, and the usual delivery times (excluding weekends and public holidays) are based on our experience:

We aim to deliver Goods as close to the estimated times as possible and within 30 days of your order. If we can’t meet this timeframe, we’ll let you know, and you can choose to cancel the contract. If you do cancel, we’ll issue a full refund within 30 days.

For international delivery times, please contact us. Note that we may not be able to deliver to all countries outside the UK.

Delivery and Packaging Details:

– Delivery times are given as accurately as possible but are not guaranteed. You cannot claim damages or cancel the order due to missed delivery times.

– The delivery date depends on receiving all necessary information, instructions, or approvals from you. Changes or delays caused by you may impact delivery times.

– If you fail to take delivery or make payment for any Goods, we may consider the contract as terminated by you.

– We will try to accommodate reasonable requests to delay delivery, but you will be responsible for any costs related to postponement, including storage and transportation fees.

– Our packaging is designed to protect Goods during normal transit. If packaging materials are charged and returned in good condition within 28 days, we’ll issue a credit.

– We are not liable for unloading Goods or placing them on site unless arranged in advance.

– If you order Goods to be delivered in phases, unless agreed otherwise, all Goods must be delivered within 12 months from the order date.

– We may deliver in instalments, with each delivery being a separate contract. Failure to deliver one part doesn’t entitle you to cancel the entire contract.

– Delivery is considered complete when the Goods leave our or our supplier’s premises.

– You must sign any delivery notes presented upon receipt of the Goods.

– If you request changes in order quantity, including suspensions or reductions, Goods already in progress may be delivered as per previous instructions and must be paid for.

– If work starts before “firm” schedules to meet delivery times, you are responsible for accepting and paying for the Goods as indicated.

– For domestic orders, pallets and stillages used for delivery remain our property and must be returned. This is in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which does not apply to the return of these items.
