Return & Cancellation Policy

.Returns Policy.

You can return the Goods for any reason at our expense, provided you follow these conditions:

– Returns are made within 30 days of delivery.

– The Goods are returned in the same condition as when they were sent.

If these conditions are met, we will either refund the cost of the Goods as soon as possible, and within 30 days, or replace them if you still need a replacement.

If the Goods were damaged upon arrival, please let us know about the damage within 3 days of receiving them.

We ask that you keep all original packaging materials so the Goods can be returned in the same condition they were shipped.

.Cancellation and Changes.

Cancellation will be accepted only if you cover all costs and expenses incurred by us up to that point, including any loss of profit or other damages resulting from the cancellation.

Goods returned without prior written consent from a director will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances. If we do accept a return, we may apply a handling fee at our discretion.

If you want to change the quantity or specifications of the Goods, we can accommodate reasonable requests, provided that the changes are similar to the original contract and do not increase the total contract price by more than 20%. Variations beyond this will be considered at our discretion.

All change requests must be in writing. If the price is not agreed upon before the work begins, it will be based on appropriate contract prices plus any increases in material and labor costs.

If we agree to any variations, delivery dates and completion times will be extended accordingly.
